Christmas cards
We made these cards at class. A Child is Born...Christ the Lord. The middle card was cut from the Artistry "Joy to the World" and the last card is the famous tree folding card. You can find the video with directions on the right side on the videos. To make a great looking tree, cut your squares using Art Philosophy scalloped squares.

Tea pot
I made this tea pot using the NEW Artistry Cricut cartridge. The lid was cut off, watercolored and stamped. I discovered that if you use your alcohol markers, you can watercolor over top and it stays put. I inked up my embossing folder on one side and ran the front of the tea pot through. That gave it a great look. The rose was cut from Artiste and the tag and leaves were cut from Art Philosophy. I hinged the lid and glued another tea pot to the back leaving a pocket for the tea bag. Oh, one last thing.....I watercolored the rose before I rolled it, beautiful results.

Nov blog hop
Welcome to the Joyful Stars Blog Hop.
Enjoy the hop and the wonderful ideas that we have to share We hope to inspire you.
This month I would like to share with you a Pop Out card for Thanksgiving. This is my favorite new card technique. You start with a 8"x5 1/2" piece of cardstock and score it at 2", 3" 5" 6" Fold it so the center pops out. On the back side you glue a shape only on the left of the fold, that helps it stand up. Add B and T strips to the front 2 panels and a sentiment in the middle.
Now hop over to my dear friend, Krista's blog, I'm sure you will love what she created.
