Do I Love Velvet Rub-ons
NEW PRODUCT Review– Velvet Rub-ons
You will find these on page 127 in the Spring/Summer Idea Book.
I was very impressed and EXCITED when I saw these velvet Rub-ons!!! They truly do feel soft and fuzzy. J
The pack consists of (2) 5x6 sheets and they retail for $4.95.
They come in 2 colors…Dark Chocolate or Black.
Another NEAT thing about these velvet rub-ons… they coordinate with our upcoming MARCH Stamp of the Month stamp set “Potential”!
When using rub-ons, I would suggest you cut out the rub-on image you would like to use. As you cut out the Velvet Rub-ons, cut out and around the flourish image carefully and neatly. Why?? Because you can use both the positive AND negative images! J
The pictures show two cards I made
the positive image,
while the right
uses the negative!!!
Isn’t it great to get the most for your money? You will want to make sure to have these rub-ons on hand for your next CREATIVE project! J

Club Project
I saw this idea on our CTMH Art board and my club is called "Above and Beyond". They like doing anything 3-D and unusual. They meet once a month on Sat morning. This is a tea bag holder and I'm thinking that chocolate would fit just as well.

Below are 2 cards that I made using the brown rub-ons. The one thing I discovered that you can use the positive and the negative. You will love these rub-ons and everyone that you give these to, will have to touch the velvet.
Other new products that I used were Stella paper and Florentine paper. Durable studs are also used, square and round. Z1706, Z1705.

January workshop
Here are some cards that we will be making on Jan 10, I'm sorry I don't remember who shared them on the CTMH board, thank you for sharing. I will make some of these into regular cards, because I won't be able to cut enough circles and snowflakes from the cricut for everyone, trust me the cards will still look great. The paper is the Wonderland paper pack and this is only available till the end of the month, so call me to order this so you can work on your winter cards and layouts. X7146B
