Jan 2020 joyful Stars Blog hop

Happy New Year!
Welcome to 2020 Joyful Stars Blog Hop!

We hope this new year will bring your many blessings and creative moments.  This hop is circular, so look for the highlighed name at the bottom of each post and hop to the next person until you get back here.

What I would like to share this month is the birthday card I made for my wonderful Mother who is going to be 96 on Friday.  I have been so blessed to have such a great MOM.

I used new products from the Jan/Feb CTMH catalog.  Bird stamp set from Spruced Up, card making Z3633 (with thin cuts), new shimmer brushes, raspberry and lagoon.  I also used the Feb stamp of the month, the flower bouquet was just perfect. All the flowers were colored with shimmer brushes. This is a 5x7 card.

This card features our NEW thin cut scallop circle Z3639 and once again the Spruced up cardmaking set Z3633
I used fern cardstock and the triangle was a 3" square cut in half.  The pine cones were stamped on toffee cs and stamped with espresso, they look so much better in person.

Now it's time to hop to my friend, Betty's blog and see what she has created.

This month, like every month I can't decide what to share with you, so many great stamps and ideas for Christmas.   The first two are quick and easy. They are made with Picture My Life cards from Cedar and Pine collection  X7251E.  The cards come 4x6 or 3x4 sizes and you can cut them down to fit on a regular size card.  The Christmas Blessings is from the Compliments X7251C

Merry Christmas Tree C1804 Is a quick and easy stamp set.  You stamp in 2 different colors and add the decorations by stamps or embossing or Stickles. On this card i stamps Mink and evergreen for the tree and used the blue stickles for the ball.  Layered it will gold fold paper.

This card was made with the new Cricut cartridge Complete Creativity. I cut the tree both in white daisy, they have clear shimmer brush on them, sorry it doesn't show up in the picture.  Notice the stars in the background, from that same cartridge.  The dove is from C1192 Cedar and Pine Cardworkshop.

This catalog is going to expire Dec 31, so go check it out before you miss out!

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Joyful Stars October blog hop

Welcome  to our monthly blog hop.  You will hop from one blog to another until you get back here.  There is a list of bloggers at the end of this post in case you get  lost.  So look for the highlighted name at the bottom of each post and click on it and hop to the next post.  Enjoy!

Fall is in the air and it's time to enjoy the beauty of the changing leaves and everything that goes with Autumn.  I would like to share with you what I have been making.  Most months it's hard to  pick just one and the same goes for this month.

I made this on a 8x8 canvas, I watercolored the canvas first and cut out the rest of it with our new Crisut Cartridge called "Complete Creativity"  The neat part about this is that you can size it any way you want and change colors.  The picture that comes with the design has the leaves in white  double layers.
Here is a sneak peak of two new Christmas stamps and dies that will be available on Oct. 15th

Thanks for stopping by.

Remember the York Stamp Expo is this weekend, Fri and Sat 9-5pm See post below for more info.

We hope you enjoy all the artwork we share with you each month. If this is your first time visiting, enjoy the blog and at the end of each blog, look for the highlighted name to hop to the next blog. Keep hopping until you get back here.

This card was made using "Every Little Thing" paper. The scalloped edge was made cricut  "Artistry". The orginal border had cut outs in it and I used the contour button and it made it a solid border.  The green strip on the left side and the wisteria were 3/4" by 2 1/14"  The hearts can be cut using the stitched heart thin cuts. My sample, the heart was cut from Art Philosophy in Julep (Color of the year} Words from Sept stamp of the month.

This card was made using "Every Little Things" paper, Julep Glitter paper, Wisteria cardstock, Vellum flower {see sheet below}, Sept Stamp of the month. I colored in the flower with the NEW  Wisteria and Julep shimmer brushes.
