Pop and Flip cards

Hi everyone,  here is a flip and pop card that I just learned to make. I used the March month stamp set. Every month will have it's own set that can  be used on Calendars, cards and scrapbook pages.  You can find this on Page 40  of the current catalog.  D1998

The inside border is from Kitchen Gnomes

Paper is from Daisy Meadows and the center  butterfly /Daisy Meadows scrapbooking stamp
D2012 or with dies Z3932

Pop and Flip card direction

Ok so here's the directions to make this card.
Start with a regular size card, find a piece of patterned paper 4 x 5 1/4" and glue it to the front of the card, only outside edges.  Cut both layers with a shape, circle, oval , bracket frame what ever you like.

Cut a piece of paper 3x4" and another piece 3/4" x 2 1/4"  score the 3x4 pc at  1,2,3"
score the 3/4" pc at 1 1/4" at 1 1/4"

Also cut a pc of white cardstock at 4x 5 1/4"  Glue this to the inside pc.
Take the 3x4" pc that has been scored and fold it in half.  Place that pc at the fold with the open toward fold. Glue that underside up to the first fold line centered on the white cardstock. Put glue on the top, up to the first score line and close the card.  Open the card and you should see a pop up box.

Close the card and at the window on the box glue the 3/4" tab long side to the box. put glue on the short  tab and place the cut out cardstock back in the hole, gluing it to the tab.  Add another layer if you like and then add you image to pop up. Shamrock , butterfly  etc .This image can be above the cut out.   When you open your card, it should pop and flip to the inside.

Hope you try this card, it's really easy and fun to do.  Any questions let me know in the comments.

Blessing,
Joyce
